Take with food.
Where the daily amount is more than one gummy, split it into two doses six to eight hours apart — morning and early evening.
Half doses: cut the gummy with a clean knife. Store the unused half in an airtight container and use it within 24 hours.
For the first two weeks, take half the daily amount shown, then step up to the full amount.
If a day is missed, resume as usual. Do not double up to make up for a missed day.
Chew thoroughly before swallowing. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
